Tina Zaccardi

Tina Zaccardi is a self-taught baker and the most recent winner of The Great American Baking Show: Holiday Edition Season 4. She’s been baking for as long as she can remember but it has been about the last 6 years where she has really become passionate about her baking by researching baking techniques and practicing baking in her spare time. She has entered and placed in many baking and cooking contests, some of which have been The Ile de France for the love of cheese, Cloverdale for the love of bacon, Fisher Nuts Fresh Twist and Stauffer’s It’s a Snap recipe contest. She has appeared on The Chew, winning The Viewer Sugar Rush contest with her Peach Blueberry Crumb Pie with a Pecan Crust, The Today Show, The Rachael Ray Show winning the Viewer Burger Bash Contest and Hallmark Home & Family baking her Birthday Cake Confetti Layered Cookies. Her recipes have been published on The USA Pears, Saratoga Olive Oil and Joy Bauer websites as well as Taste of Home Magazine.
