Sabina is passionate about sharing the story of Australian red meat from the paddock to plates around the world. With hands-on experience across the livestock and red meat industries in Australia, she aims to share her ‘behind the scenes’ understanding of ethical Australian production values and high-quality products with end users to find the best fit. Sabina has worked to build red meat brands from the bottom up, and understands the importance of finding the perfect fit and dish for every cut to create memorable meal experiences using Australian grassfed beef and Lamb.
