Treeven DoveTreeven has been in the culinary industry for over 8 years and it’s truly her passion. After winning a 50,000 scholarship with CCAP (Careers through Culinary Arts) she was able to attend the New England Culinary Institute. She completed Bachelors of Culinary Arts Program, which changed her life. In her early career, she has worked in kitchens like Bar Boulud in New York City, the Inn at Essex in Vermont and butchering at the Oval Room in Washington DC. Her first managerial job was running the kitchen at Mad Fox Brewing Company to now where she works in the Clyde’s group as a Sous Chef. You may even recognize her from her appearance on Food Networks Chopped.
