Rebecca Carpenter is an entrepreneurial visionary, respected business leader and dedicated adoption advocate. She has spent her career building powerful brands – from nimble start-ups to global market leaders. She recently launched an organic food & urban agriculture company – Sprout, a Benefit Corporation – and she leads the rapidly growing start-up as CEO.
Prior to founding Sprout, Rebecca founded and led Reach Consulting Group, providing brand strategy services to clients such as Disney, National Geographic, and Madison Square Garden. Before Reach, Rebecca worked for Procter & Gamble and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, a BBA from James Madison University, and studied at the Centre for International Studies in Paris. She is also a 2016 Presidential Leadership Scholar, and was recently honored with the 2016 Arlington Woman of Vision Award.
